MONITORING AND ROLE OF THE CWM TAF IFST MANAGER. 11.1 The Cwm Taf IFST Manager shall prepare a financial monitoring report on a quarterly basis to the Contributing Parties’ s151 Officers who will in turn review expenditure, commitments and forecast outturn to ensure that the allocated budget is being appropriately adhered to.
