Common use of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting. 1. Without prejudice to the responsibilities of the Commission, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and the Court of Auditors of the European Union in relation to monitoring and evaluation of the Horizon Europe Programme, the participation of Armenia in that Programme shall be continuously monitored on a partnership basis involving the Commission and Armenia. 2. The rules concerning sound financial management, including the financial control, recovery and other antifraud measures in relation to European Union funding under this Agreement are laid down in Annex III.
