Monitoring of the Facility. Employees when assigned to the monitoring of the facility and program in the absence of a higher-level supervisor for three (3) consecutive hours or more shall be paid an additional hourly premium pay of one dollar ($1.00) per hour while so assigned. 22.3.1 Management will make a good faith effort to assign the monitoring of the facility in a fair and equitable manner.
