Common use of Monitoring of Work Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of Work. We shall have the unrestricted right to monitor manufacture of the Articles or performance of the Services in progress. For that purpose, you shall permit our agents or employees to enter your facilities when the Articles are being manufactured or the Services are being performed. You shall impose an identical requirement on any subcontractor permitted hereunder.
