Monitoring Official. Xxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Manager or his or her designee is appointed as the City’s monitoring official of this Agreement. The City’s representatives shall monitor the activities specified in such a manner to ensure that all requirements of this Agreement are met.
