Monitoring Requests. Panopto will regularly review, assess, and continuously monitor the scope of requests for access to Personal Data by law enforcement and other authorities in the country or regions where the Panopto processes Personal Data, and the safeguards and recourses in place to protect Data Subjects, and to immediately inform Customer in the case of a change in Data Protection Laws that would materially impact such access by authorities or recourses available to Data Subjects.
