Monitoring System. In each case in which the Custodian has exercised the authority delegated under this Article II, Section 2 to place Assets with an Foreign Custodian, the Custodian is authorized to, and shall, on behalf of a Fund, establish a system to re-assess or re-evaluate, at least annually (i) the appropriateness of maintaining Assets with such Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the Fund's arrangements with such Foreign Custodian.
