Month Contract Employees. Employees on a twelve month contract basis shall be entitled to annual sick leave of twelve (12) days per contract year at full pay. Employees commencing employment after the beginning of a contract year shall be entitled to sick leave on a pro rata basis of one day per month for the remainder of the contract year.
