Common use of Monthly Certified Statements Clause in Contracts

Monthly Certified Statements. Each month of the Contract Term the Contractor shall detail its Reimbursable Expenses for the previous month in a Monthly Certified Statement prepared in accordance with Section 6.07(b). The Statement shall include a certification that the Authority has not previously reimbursed the Contractor for any of the Reimbursable Expenses claimed on the Monthly Certified Statement.
