Common use of Monthly Fee Statement Clause in Contracts

Monthly Fee Statement. During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the MPRDC within 7 (seven) days of completion of each month, a statement of Fee substantially in the form set forth in Schedule – M (the “Monthly Fee Statement”).

Monthly Fee Statement. During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the MPRDC MPRDC, within 7 (seven) days of completion of each month, a statement of Fee substantially in the form set forth in Schedule – Schedule- M (the “Monthly Fee Statement”). The Concessionaire shall also furnish to MPRDC such other information as MPRDC t may reasonably require, at specified intervals, in discharge of its statutory functions.
