Traffic regulation by the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall regulate traffic on the Project Highway in accordance with the Applicable Laws, and subject to the supervision and control of the State authorities or a substitute thereof empowered in this behalf under the Applicable Laws.
Traffic regulation by the Concessionaire. 15.1.1 The Concessionaire shall take all the required measures and make arrangements for the safety of any persons and vehicles on or about the Site during the construction of the Railway Project or a Section thereof in accordance with Good Industry Practice, and Applicable Laws. It shall provide, erect and maintain all such barricades, signs, markings, flags, and lights as may be required by Good Industry Practice for the safety of the traffic using any public roads or access along or across the Section under construction.
15.1.2 All works shall be carried out in a manner creating least interference to traffic passing along or across the Railway Project or a Section thereof. The Concessionaire shall ensure that proper passage is provided for the traffic. Where it is not possible or safe to allow traffic on the existing road or passage, a temporary diversion of proper specifications shall be constructed by the Concessionaire at its own cost. The Concessionaire shall take prior approval of the Authority’s Engineer for any proposed arrangement for traffic regulation during Construction, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
15.1.3 In the event any construction work is required to be executed in close proximity of an existing operating system of Railways, the Concessionaire shall make arrangements for the safety of such system in accordance with the provisions of the ‘Compendium of Instructions on Safety at work Sites’ issued by the Authority and Good Industry Practice.
Traffic regulation by the Concessionaire. 20.1.1 The Concessionaire shall regulate the land traffic on the Port in accordance with Applicable Laws and subject to the supervision and control of the Authority or a substitute thereof empowered in this behalf under Applicable Laws.
20.1.2 Subject to the berthing priorities set forth in Clause 20.4.2, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Authority and representatives of Users, evolve and publicise a system based on Good Industry Practice such that no person or category of persons is discriminated against or unduly favoured, as the case may be, in the allocation of slots to the vessels and vehicles visiting the Port.
20.1.3 Subject to the provisions of Clause 5.8 and 20.1.2, the Concessionaire shall have the right and obligation to manage, operate and regulate the services at the Port on a common user basis.

20.1.2 The Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Authority and representatives of Users, evolve and publicise a system based on Good Industry Practice such that no User or category of Users is discriminated against or unduly favoured, as the case may be, in the use of the XXX Ropeway.
20.1.3 The Concessionaire shall have the right and obligation to manage, operate and regulate the XXX Ropeway on a common carrier basis providing non-discriminatory services to all persons.
Traffic regulation by the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall regulate traffic on the Ropeway Facility in accordance with the Applicable Laws, and subject to the supervision and control of the State authorities or a substitute thereof empowered in this behalf under the Applicable Laws.

The Concessionaire shall regulate the passengers and vehicular traffic within the Airport and on the roads approaching the Airport in accordance with Applicable Laws and subject to the supervision and control of the Authority and the Designated GOI Agencies or a substitute thereof empowered in this behalf under Applicable Laws.
25.1.2. The Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Authority and representatives of Users, evolve and publicise a system based on Good Industry Practice such that no User or category of Users is discriminated against or unduly favoured, as the case may be, in the use of the Airport.
25.1.3. The Concessionaire shall have the right and obligation to manage, operate and regulate the Airport on a common carrier basis providing non-discriminatory services to all persons.

The police assistance shall include setting up of a traffic aid post (the “Traffic Aid Post”) at each of the Toll Plazas with a mobile Police Squad for round-the-clock patrolling of the Project Highway.

The police assistance shall include setting up of a traffic aid post (the “Traffic Aid Post”) at each of the Toll Plazas with a mobile Police squad for round-the-clock patrolling of the Project Highway. Buildings for Traffic Aid Posts The Concessionaire shall, in accordance with the type designs prescribed for such police outpost buildings by the State Government or a substitute thereof, construct buildings not exceeding 25 (twenty five) square meters of plinth area, for each of the Traffic Aid Posts, and hand them over to the Authority not later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Scheduled [Six-Laning] Date. The Traffic Aid Posts shall be deemed to be part of the Site and shall vest in the Authority. Recurring expenditure on Police assistance [On or before the Scheduled [Six-Laning] Date, the Concessionaire shall provide to the State Police Department or a substitute thereof one Jeep or similar vehicle in good working condition along with chauffeurs for round-the- clock patrolling as set forth in Clause 20.2 and shall meet the operating costs of such vehicle including the salaries and allowances of the chauffeurs. - For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Concessionaire shall not be liable for any other expenditure incurred by the State Police Department or a substitute thereof.]
