Medical Aid Posts. For providing emergency medical aid during- the Operation Period, as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall assist the State Government or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Authority in setting up and operating a medical aid post (the “Medical Aid Post”) at the Site for victims of accidents on the Project at each of the Toll Plazas with round-the-clock ambulance services for victims of accidents on the Project Highway.
Medical Aid Posts. For providing emergency medical aid during the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall make provision of medical aid post at his own cost and expense (the “Medical Aid Post”) at Project Site.
Medical Aid Posts. The Concessionaire shall have requisite first aid kits at each Station as well as the basic first aid training to the ropeway operators (similar to first aid kits and training of air hostesses in airlines). For providing emergency medical aid during the Operation Period, as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall assist the State Government [or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Authority] in setting up and operating a medical aid post (the “Medical Aid Post”) at [each of the terminals with round-the-clock ambulance services for victims of accidents on the XXX Ropeway.]
Medical Aid Posts. 17.2.1. For providing emergency medical aid during the Concession Period, as set forth in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall assist the State Government or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Contracting Authority in setting up and operating a medical aid post (the "Medical Aid Post") at each of the Toll Plazas with round the-clock ambulance services for victims of accidents on the Project Highway. The Concessionaire shall, at its cost, maintain the Medical Aid Post buildings in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
17.2.2. No later than seven days from the Appointed Date {O&M Hand over Date}, the Concessionaire shall provide to the State Medical Department or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Contracting Authority one ambulance in good working condition along with drivers for round-the-clock ambulance services as set forth in Clause 17.1 and meet the operating costs of such ambulance including the salaries and allowances of the drivers. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Concessionaire shall not be liable for any other expenditure incurred by the State Medical Department or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Contracting Authority.
18.1. Traffic census

No later than 7 ( seven) days from the Appointed Date {O&M Hand over Date}25, the Concessionaire shall provide to the State Medical Department or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Authority one ambulance in good working condition along with chauffeurs for round-the-clock ambulance services as set forth in Clause 18.1 and meet the operating costs of such ambulance including the salaries and allowances of the chauffeurs. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Concessionaire shall not be liable for any other expenditure incurred by the State Medical Department or a substitute thereof to be designated by the Authority.
