Monthly Financial Review. The Board (or a committee of the Board) will have the right to review and approve on a monthly basis the Company’s financial statements and any budgets, to the extent such budgets are available.
Monthly Financial Review. Sponsor agrees to comply with ORC 3314.023 for each of its sponsored schools. Further, Xxxxxxx agrees to meet monthly with each sponsored school’s governing authority or fiscal officer to review financial and enrollment records. Sponsor agrees that it will provide a written report regarding the review to the community school’s governing authority and fiscal officer within ten (10) days of each review.
Monthly Financial Review. Monthly, Contractor’s Resident District Manager will meet with Client’s Director of Campus Dining and review each operating statement, explain deviations, discuss problems, and mutually agree on courses of action to improve the results of the required services included in this Agreement. Operating statement adjustments required as a result of review and/or audit will be identified and reflected in the next monthly statement.
