Monthly Meeting with President or Designee. The President of the College and/or his/her designated representative shall meet with the President of the Union and/or his/her representatives at least once each month during the life of the agreement at a mutually agreeable time and place. Upon request either party shall indicate in advance the item(s) which it desires to discuss.
