Monthly Rated Networkers. Employees commencing net work for the first time shall be classified as “First year Networkers.” They shall serve a three year (one season shall be equivalent to one year) apprenticeship being classified successively as “First”, “Second” and “Third” year Networkers. At the commencement of their fourth year (or season) they shall be classified as “Qualified Networkers” and paid accordingly.
