Common use of Monthly Senior Leaders Meetings Clause in Contracts

Monthly Senior Leaders Meetings. The parties have committed to a process whereby senior officials from the Union and Employer shall meet on a monthly basis to discuss new business developments and other significant issues with the interest of resolving disputes on an expedited basis. The parties have appointed Arbitrator Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx to be scheduled within two (2) weeks of each meeting to deal with any interpretation issues that remain unresolved. In the event there are no unresolved issues in a given month, the parties shall have the Arbitrator conduct Troubleshooter hearings during that time.
