Monthly Service Package in the Event of a Temporary Transfer. In the event that you temporarily transfer to another Living Unit in the Community or to an Off-Site Facility, you must pay the Monthly Service Package for your permanent Living Unit in addition to the Monthly Service Package for the temporary Living Unit or the Off-Site Facility, as the case may be. Payment of the Monthly Service Package for your permanent Living Unit assures that such permanent Living Unit will remain available to you during the time of the temporary transfer. The Monthly Service Package for a temporary Living Unit at the Community shall be prorated on a daily basis for the period of the temporary transfer. During the period of the temporary transfer, your Monthly Service Package for the permanent Living Unit shall be adjusted as follows: (1) if a single Resident or one Joint Resident transfers, the Monthly Service Package will be reduced by a single Non-Occupancy Credit as applicable and as defined in Section 15 of this Agreement, (2) if both Joint Residents transfer from a double occupancy Unit, the Monthly Service Package will be reduced by the two-person Non-Occupancy Credit as applicable, (3) if both Joint Residents transfer, one from a Living Unit and one from another Living Unit, each Resident’s Monthly Service Package shall be reduced by the respective Non-Occupancy Credit as applicable. Upon your return to the permanent Living Unit, you must continue to pay the current Monthly Service Package associated with such Living Unit.

  • Additional Event of Suspension Section 4.01. Pursuant to Section 6.02 (l) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that a situation has arisen which shall make it improbable that the Program, or a significant part thereof, will be carried out.

  • Withdrawal From Agreement A. Any Fund may elect to withdraw from this Agreement effective at the end of any monthly period by giving at least 90 days’ prior written notice to each of the parties to this Agreement. Upon the written demand of all other Funds which are parties to this Agreement a Fund shall withdraw, and in the event of its failure to do so shall be deemed to have withdrawn, from this Agreement; such demand shall specify the date of withdrawal which shall be at the end of any monthly period at least 90 days from the time of service of such demand.

  • Mutilated, Destroyed, Lost or Stolen Residual Certificates If (i) any mutilated Residual Certificate is surrendered to Xxxxxx Xxx or the Certificate Registrar, or (ii) Xxxxxx Mae receives evidence to its satisfaction of the destruction, loss or theft of any Residual Certificate, and there is delivered to Xxxxxx Xxx such security or indemnity as may be required by it to save it harmless, then, in the absence of notice to Xxxxxx Mae that such Residual Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, Xxxxxx Xxx shall execute and the Certificate Registrar shall authenticate and make available, in exchange for or in lieu of any such mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Residual Certificate, a new Residual Certificate of the appropriate Class. Upon the issuance of any new Residual Certificate under this Section 5.03, Xxxxxx Mae may require the payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in relation thereto and any other expenses (including the fees and expenses of the Certificate Registrar) connected therewith. Any duplicate Residual Certificate issued pursuant to this Section 5.03 shall constitute complete and indefeasible evidence of ownership in the Lower Tier REMIC or the Trust Fund, as the case may be, as if originally issued, whether or not the lost or stolen Residual Certificate shall be found at any time.

  • In the Event of Forecasted Surpluses If the HSP is forecasting a surplus, the LHIN may adjust the amount of Funding to be paid under Schedule B, require the repayment of excess Funding and/or adjust the amount of any future funding installments accordingly.

  • Reference in the Residual Certificates to Supplemental Agreements A Residual Certificate authenticated and made available after the execution of any Supplemental Agreement pursuant to Article IX of this Trust Agreement may, and if required by Xxxxxx Xxx shall, bear a notation as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Agreement. If Xxxxxx Mae shall so determine, new Residual Certificates so modified as to conform, in the opinion of Xxxxxx Xxx, to any such Supplemental Agreement may be prepared and executed by Xxxxxx Mae and authenticated and made available by the Certificate Registrar in exchange for the outstanding Residual Certificates.

  • Issue in Substitution for Warrant Certificates Lost, etc (1) If any Warrant Certificate becomes mutilated or is lost, destroyed or stolen, the Corporation, subject to applicable law, shall issue and thereupon the Warrant Agent shall certify and deliver, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor, and bearing the same legend, if applicable, as the one mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen in exchange for and in place of and upon cancellation of such mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and in substitution for such lost, destroyed or stolen Warrant Certificate, and the substituted Warrant Certificate shall be in a form approved by the Warrant Agent and the Warrants evidenced thereby shall be entitled to the benefits hereof and shall rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Warrants issued or to be issued hereunder.

  • Pay During Temporary Transfers When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position she shall receive the rate for the job. When an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower paying position than her own, her rate shall not be reduced.

  • Adjustment for Volume Deficit If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incompletely Marked subdivisions and if Contracting Officer determines that a deficit in the estimated volume will cause the volume cut to be less than 90 percent of the total estimate shown in A2, Forest Service, upon request by Purchaser, shall des- ignate additional timber within Sale Area. Such additional timber shall be limited to that estimated to be necessary to reach approximately the estimated volumes by species listed in A2. Any such additional designation shall be con- sistent with land and resource management plans.
