Temporary Living. The Company will pay for all expenses incurred by the Executive in Tulsa, Oklahoma including the cost of a corporate apartment, a rental car, and other reasonable expenses.
Temporary Living. In addition to the Relocation Allowance, the Company will support reasonable temporary living expenses for up to sixty days in the London area while the Executive and the Executive’s family are in between permanent housing. Hotel accommodation, or an apartment at reasonably equivalent cost, is provided. Temporary living expenses are covered in accordance with the Company’s travel and expense guidelines.
Temporary Living. The Board shall provide for temporary living expenses of Two Thousand and No/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars per month.

During the period between the Effective Date and the earlier of (i) August 28, 2018 (the “Relocation Deadline”) and (ii) the date the Executive sells her residence in Raleigh, North Carolina and moves into a permanent residence in Massachusetts, the Company will reimburse the Executive up to $4,000 per month to cover the Executive’s temporary (i.e., defined to mean anything other than Executive’s permanent move to Massachusetts) in connection with or following the sale of her principal residence in Raleigh, North Carolina) living and travel expenses in connection with traveling to and living in Massachusetts, including, without limitation, househunting trips to Massachusetts with or without her spouse, brokerage fees incurred for housing rentals, temporary housing or a longer term lease, commuting expenses and other reasonable move-related items (but not meal and ordinary living expenses other than housing rental fees) (collectively “Temporary Living Expenses”). Appropriate supporting documentation (i.e. itemized receipts) of the Temporary Living Expenses must be submitted within 45 days after the Temporary Living Expenses were incurred and prior to reimbursement. The Company will determine in its reasonable judgment what, if any, of the Executive’s reimbursed Temporary Living Expenses are for nondeductible expenses in accordance with applicable law and will comply with associated withholding and tax reporting obligations. In the event that, at any time prior to the Relocation Deadline, the Executive voluntarily terminates her employment with the Company (other than for Good Reason), the Executive agrees to repay the Company for any Temporary Living Expenses made to the Executive under this provision within ten (10) days following the last day of the Executive’s employment. Any expense incurred by Executive prior to the Relocation Deadline shall not be required to be paid by the Company until the Relocation Deadline.

Temporary Living. You will be provided Temporary Living for up to 30 days after vacating your residence in your Home Country and prior to establishing residence in your new Host Country. Your per diem will be 75 EUR net per person per day. (Children under the age of 14 will receive 50% of this amount). If needed, you will also receive car rental for this period. The per diem will be paid to you by Teva’s dedicated relocation provider and car rental (if applicable) will arranged by Teva’s relocation provided and paid directly on your behalf.

You will be responsible for all actual vehicle expenses during the term of this agreement but Frontier will sign the lease agreement and be responsible for the vehicle at he conclusion of this agreement. You will also be reimbursed for reasonable expenses for the transportation of your household goods to Denver, CO (1 bedroom apartment plus a den) and transportation back to the original location.
Temporary Living. Temporary living will be provided for a maximum of 6 months including lodging and return trips home every 2 weeks. It is recommended that you pre-ship 1 vehicle during the first 30 days of employment. A rental car will be provided for the first 30 days. Total temporary living expenses will be capped at $60,000.00. This includes lodging, meals and return trips home when necessary.
Temporary Living. As part of our offer, we will provide you with up to $1,500 per month to cover reasonable and customary expenses, such as rent, telephone, etc., for a furnished or unfurnished apartment in the Boston area through September 1995, or until your family relocates, whichever comes first. ScripTech will also cover the cost to ship one of your personal vehicles to Boston, and will provide you with a rental car until that can be arranged, as well as cover any hotel expenses during your first few weeks of employment until temporary housing is finalized. During your temporary living period, ScripTech will pay for up to two (2) weekend trips per month for you to return home to Ohio or for your spouse to join you in Boston. Should your relocation to Boston extend beyond September 1995, ScripTech will re-consider your temporary living situation in a fair and open manner.
Temporary Living. Temporary housing expenses, not to exceed two-thousand ($2,000) dollars per month, will be reimbursed for up to ninety (90) days, so as not to incur duplicate housing expenses. Your Human Resources Department will assist you in finding temporary housing.
