Monthly Tenancy Sample Clauses

Monthly Tenancy. If the Tenant continues to occupy the Premises after the Term with the Landlord's consent then: (a) the Tenant does so as a monthly tenant on the same basis as at the last day of the Term; and (b) either party may terminate the monthly tenancy by giving to the other 1 months’ notice expiring on any day.
Monthly Tenancy. If the Lessee with the consent of the Lessor continues to occupy the Premises beyond the Expiration Date (“holding over”) or sooner determination of the Term, such occupation shall be a monthly tenancy terminable by one month’s written notice, at the Rent then payable and otherwise on the same covenants and agreements (so far as applicable to a monthly tenancy) as are expressed or implied in this Lease.

Monthly Tenancy. If the Tenant continues to occupy the Premises after the Expiry Date with the Landlord's prior written approval, it does so under a monthly tenancy: (a) which either party may terminate on one month's notice ending on any day; and (b) at a rent which is an amount payable at the Lease Expiry Increased by 3.5% and Tenant’s Contribution payable by the Tenant for the preceding period of 12 months). The amount and rate of that rent for the monthly tenancy may be reviewed at the times and in the manner which the Landlord determines to be appropriate in its absolute discretion, and any provision in this Lease relating to a mechanism for the calculation of or any limitation on or right of review of any Rent does not apply to this clause 15.1.
Monthly Tenancy. If Lobaye will remain in possession of the Equipment after termination of the term granted, or any renewal thereof, without further written agreement between RCA and Lobaye, a tenancy from year to year will not be created by the implication of law, but Lobaye will be deemed to be a monthly tenant only at the Rent payable immediately prior to such termination and subject in all other respects to the terms of this lease agreement.

Monthly TenancyThe Tenant will be a monthly Tenant subject to the provisions of this lease if the Landlord allows the Tenant to continue to occupy the Premises after the Termination Date without a further lease being entered into. The monthly tenancy may be terminated by either party giving the other party one month’s written notice.
Monthly TenancySubject to prior written notice to Landlord given not later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Lease Term, Tenant may remain in possession of the Premises on a month-to-month basis, for an aggregate period not to exceed six (6) months (the “Monthly Tenancy”). The Monthly Tenancy automatically shall continue on a monthly basis for each successive month following expiration of the Extended Term, and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the last day of the calendar month designated in Tenant’s written notice to Landlord terminating the Monthly Tenancy, given at least 15 days prior to the designated termination date, and (b) November 30, 2025.
