More Than One Position at Same Employer. There can only be one sending and one receiving Employer. If a nurse has two (2) or more permanent positions with the same Employer, the nurse must resign from both positions with the sending Employer in order to transfer the seniority and benefits from the sending Employer to a receiving Employer.
