Central. L-6.01 The Employer agrees that wages shall be paid every second Friday. Where the second Friday falls on a designated holiday, pay day will be either the previous or the following regular work day, not including Saturdays or Sundays, at the discretion of the Employer. The system of payment will be a direct deposit service by which an employee's wages will be directly deposited into his personal deposit account on a confidential basis. In conjunction with the direct deposit system, the Alliance shall provide to each employee a pay statement on which there will be year to date information for Alliance pension, income tax, Canada Pension, Unemployment Premiums, as well as information relating to the gross and net earnings calculation of the pay period in question.
