MORTGAGE LOAN PROGRAMS. Lender shall from time to time distribute to Broker information with respect to the types of mortgage loan programs it is offering (“Loan Programs”) along with the methods by which Applications for such Loan Programs may be transmitted. Xxxxxx will accept only those Applications eligible for the Loan Programs offered by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx will be entitled to have Applications processed only upon submission to Lender of such additional information and documents as required by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx acknowledges that Lender reserves the right to alter, add, or delete Loan Programs from time to time and Xxxxxx accepts responsibility for knowing which Loan Programs are offered by Lender at any given time. Broker shall be responsible for assuring that each Application submitted complies with all the terms and conditions of the applicable Loan Program at the time Broker submits the Application to the Lender.

Futures will accept only those Mortgage Loan Packages eligible for the Broker Loan Programs currently in effect and offered by Futures may, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time change, amend or modify its Broker Loan Programs and loan approval criteria.

Broker is responsible for identifying which Broker Loan Programs are offered by Xxxxxx and for which the Broker is eligible at any given time. Broker shall be responsible for assuring that each application submitted complies with all the terms and conditions of the applicable Broker Loan Program at the time Broker submits the application to the Lender.

For purposes of this Agreement the term “submits” shall have the same meaning as the term “Register.” Lender will accept only those Mortgage Loan applications eligible for the Mortgage Loan Programs offered by Lender. Broker will be entitled to have Mortgage Loan applications processed only upon submission to Lender of such additional information and documents as required by Lender. Broker acknowledges that Lender reserves the right to alter, add, or delete Mortgage Loan Programs from time to time and Broker accepts responsibility for knowing which Mortgage Loan Programs are offered by Lender at any given time. Broker shall be responsible for assuring that each Mortgage Loan application submitted complies with all the terms and conditions of Lender’s Mortgage Loan Program at the time Broker submits the Mortgage Loan application with the Lender.
MORTGAGE LOAN PROGRAMS. Civic shall from time to time distribute to Broker information with respect to the types of Mortgage Loan programs it is currently offering for which the Broker is eligible (the “Broker Loan Programs”). Civic will accept only those Mortgage Loan Packages eligible for the Broker Loan Programs currently in effect and offered by Civic. Civic may, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time change, amend or modify its Broker Loan Programs and loan approval criteria.

  • MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR EDUCATION 1. Prior to the submission of a new application for any new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, the filing of a petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any Participating State as provided for in Section II, Paragraph 2 of this Order, the Respondent will be required to complete the following mortgage loan originator education requirements:

  • EDUCATION PROGRAM Measure 1a Is the school implementing the material elements of its Educational Program as defined in the charter contract? Meets Standard: The school implemented the material elements of its Educational Program in all material respects, and, in operation, the education program reflects the essential terms as defined in the charter contract, or the school has obtained approval for a modification to the essential terms. Measure 1b Is the school complying with applicable education requirements? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to education requirements, including but not limited to: • Academic standards, including Common Core • Graduation requirements • State assessment and student testing • Implementation of mandated programming as a result of state or federal funding, including Title I and Title II funding Measure 1c Is the school protecting the rights of students with disabilities? Meets Standard: Consistent with the school’s status and responsibilities as a school within a single LEA under the State Department of Education, the school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract (including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act) relating to the treatment of students with identified disabilities and those suspected of having a disability, including but not limited to: • Equitable access and opportunity to enroll • Identification and referral • Appropriate development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Section 504 plans • Operational compliance including the academic program, assessments and all other aspects of the school’s program and responsibilities • Discipline, including due process protections, manifestation determinations and behavioral intervention plans • Access to the school’s facility and program to students in a lawful manner and consistent with students’ IEPs or Section 504 plans • Appropriate use of all available, applicable funding Measure 1d Is the school protecting the rights of English Language Learner (ELL) students? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to ELL requirements (including Title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act [ESEA] and U.S. Department of Education authorities), including but not limited to: • Equitable access and opportunity to enroll • Required policies related to the service of ELL students • Proper steps for identification of students in need of ELL services • Appropriate and equitable delivery of services to identified students • Appropriate accommodations on assessments • Exiting of students from ELL services • Ongoing monitoring of exited students

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process.   • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
