Mortgage Payments Received After Servicing Transfer Date. The Company shall promptly forward to the Purchaser any payment received by it after the related Servicing Transfer Date with respect to any of the Mortgage Loans, whether such payment is in the form of principal, interest, taxes, insurance, loss drafts, insurance refunds, etc., in the original form received, unless such payment has been received in cash or by the Company's lock box facility, in which case the Company shall forward such payment in a form acceptable to the Purchaser. The Company shall notify the Purchaser of the particulars of the payment, which notification shall set forth sufficient information to permit timely and appropriate processing of the payment by the Purchaser.
Mortgage Payments Received After Servicing Transfer Date. The Servicer shall forward the amount of any monthly payments received by the Servicer (or any subservicer) after the Servicing Transfer Date to the Standby Servicer by overnight mail on the date of receipt. The Servicer shall notify the Standby Servicer of the particulars of the payment, which notification requirement shall be satisfied (except with respect to Purchased Mortgage Loans then in foreclosure or bankruptcy) if the Servicer (or any subservicer) forwards with its payments sufficient information to the Standby Servicer. The Servicer shall assume full responsibility for the necessary and appropriate legal application of monthly payments received by the Servicer (or any subservicer) after the Servicing Transfer Date with respect to Purchased Mortgage Loans then in foreclosure or bankruptcy; provided, however, necessary and appropriate legal application of such monthly payments shall include, but not be limited to, endorsement of a Purchased Mortgage Loan monthly payment to the Standby Servicer with the particulars of the payment such as the account number, dollar amount, date received and any special mortgage application instructions.

The Seller shall notify Countrywide of the particulars of the payment, which notification shall set forth sufficient information to permit timely and appropriate processing of the payment by Countrywide.

Mortgage Payments Received After Servicing Transfer Date. The amount of any Monthly Payments for the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer after the Servicing Transfer Date shall be forwarded to the Purchaser or its designee by wire transfer or overnight mail within two (2) Business Days of receipt; provided, however, that any such Monthly Payments received by the Servicer more than thirty (30) days after the Servicing Transfer Date shall be forwarded by the Servicer to the Purchaser or its designee by wire transfer or regular mail within three (3) Business Days of receipt. The Servicer shall notify the Purchaser or its designee of the particulars of the payment, such as the account number, dollar amount, date received and any special Mortgagor application instructions with respect to such Monthly Payments received by the Servicer; Misapplied Payments. Misapplied payments on Mortgage Loans shall be processed as follows: (i) all parties shall cooperate in correcting misapplication errors; (ii) the party receiving notice of a misapplied payment occurring prior to the Servicing Transfer Date and discovered after the Servicing Transfer Date shall immediately notify the other party; (iii) if a misapplied payment which occurred prior to the Servicing Transfer Date cannot be identified and said misapplied payment has resulted in a shortage in a Custodial Account or Escrow Account, the Servicer shall be liable for the amount of such shortage. The Servicer shall reimburse the Purchaser for the amount of such shortage within thirty (30) days after receipt of written demand therefor from the Purchaser; (iv) if a misapplied payment which occurred prior to the Servicing Transfer Date has created an improper Purchase Price as the result of an inaccurate outstanding principal balance, the party with notice of such misapplied payment shall promptly inform the other party and a wire transfer or a check shall be issued to the party shorted by the improper payment application within ten (10) Business Days after notice thereof by the other party; and (v) any wire transfer or check issued under the provisions of this Section 7.01(g) shall be accompanied by a statement indicating the corresponding Servicer and/or Purchaser Mortgage Loan identification number and an explanation of the allocation of any such payments;

The Purchaser hereby acknowledges that wire transfer is, without limitation, one such acceptable form of payment. The Seller shall notify the Purchaser of the particulars of the payment, which notification shall set forth sufficient information to permit timely and appropriate processing of the payment by the Purchaser.
Mortgage Payments Received After Servicing Transfer Date. Seller shall forward to Purchaser the amount of any Monthly Payments and correspondence relating to the Mortgage Loans received by Seller for thirty (30) days after the Transfer Date by the second business day either by mail or by next day courier service. After thirty (30) days from the Transfer Date, Seller may forward the amount of any Monthly Payments and correspondence relating to the Mortgage Loans by regular U.S. mail on a weekly basis. Seller shall notify Purchaser of the particulars of the payment, which notification requirement shall be satisfied if Seller forwards with its payment sufficient information to permit appropriate processing of the payment by Purchaser. Seller shall endorse the Monthly Payment to Purchaser and include the particulars of the payment. Purchaser’s loan number, date received and any special Mortgagor application instructions.
