MOTOR VEHICLES AND PARKING. The operation of motor vehicles on the property is subject to all applicable state and local laws as well as University regulations. The LESSEE agrees to abide by the regulations for parking on the premises and to be responsible for their visitors observing the parking regulations. Motor or automobile overhaul may not be performed in or around the premises. No disabled vehicle may be parked in the parking lots for more than one week without the prior written consent of the UNIVERSITY.
