Mounting equipment. The Contractor shall obtain from the mounting system manufacturer(s) a warranty that the mounting system(s) will be free from all defects in design, materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years following the effective commercial operation date. Such warranty, containing no exclusions or limitations, shall be in a form acceptable to, and for the benefit of, the User.
