Move to New Unit Sample Clauses

Move to New Unit. Provided that Tenant has signed and is in full compliance with this Agreement, Tenant shall have a right to and shall be required to move to the New Unit specified by Landlord. Nothing herein shall constitute any requirement of the Tenant to re-apply or re-qualify for either a Transitional Unit or a New Unit.
