Movement of an ACS Facility. Except as otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing, if ACS moves, relocates, alters or changes any facility (including, without limitation, any ACS data center), such movement, relocation, alteration or change shall not: (a) result in any charges to Symetra; or (b) alter or excuse ACS’ obligation to perform all Services in accordance with the SLRs.
