SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. For so long as there is any Purchase Order in effect between Buyer and Seller and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Seller shall not solicit for employment any employee or contractor of Buyer. Buyer is not to be restricted from soliciting any employee, contractor, or customer of Seller.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. For so long as there is any order for Articles in effect between Xxxxx and Seller and for twelve (12) months thereafter, Xxxxx agrees that it shall not solicit for employment any employee or contractor of Seller. Seller shall not be restricted from soliciting any employee, contractor or customer of Buyer.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. The parties agree that during the term of the Agreement, and for six (6) months following its termination, neither will in any way solicit the services of any member of the personnel of the other party in the performance of this Agreement.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. Neither Client nor Agency shall solicit, approach, or hire any of the other’s employees, agents or subcontractors for the purpose of employment or any form of outside work so long as this Agreement, and any applicable Statement of Work are in effect and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except with written consent of the other party.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. During the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year afterward, neither party shall recruit, solicit, employ or engage, for itself or others, the employees of the other party unless the other has consented in writing.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of 1 year thereafter, neither Party will directly or indirectly, without prior written consent of the other, (i) induce any employee of the other to terminate his or her employment, (ii) offer employment or independent contractor engagement to any employee of the other, or (iii) offer any former employee of the other employment for a period of 6 months immediately following such employee’s termination. To compensate a Party whose employee has been solicited, hired, or induced to terminate his or her employment by the other Party, and not in the way of liquidated damages but to compensate the non-breaching Party for the costs of hiring and training a replacement employee, the breaching Party shall pay to the non-breaching Party an amount equal to 12 months of the salary of the employee who was solicited, hired, or induced to terminate.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. If during the Subscription Term, either Party hires a current employee of the other Party, the hiring Party will pay the other Party a recruitment fee equal to two times (2x) the hired employee’s annual salary with the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party may solicit and hire such persons through general public advertisements that are not primarily targeted at such persons.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. Except as provided in Section 10.3.6, during the Term and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, neither Party shall, without the prior written consent of the other Party, directly or indirectly solicit for employment any employee of the other who is involved in the performance of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party (the “Recruiting Party”) will not have violated the terms set forth in the preceding sentence if an employee of the other Party: (a) responds to a general, non-targeted solicitation for employment issued by the Recruiting Party, such as a newspaper advertisement; or (b) is contacted by a recruiter for the Recruiting Party, where the recruiter has not been instructed by the Recruiting Party to target the employees of the other Party.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. The LLC agrees that during the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three (3) years following its expiration or termination, the LLC shall neither interfere with, solicit the services or employment of, nor hire any of Doctors Health's employees, either on behalf of the LLC or in connection with any partnership, corporation, joint venture or other Person, without the prior written consent of Doctors Health.
SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL. During the period of this Agreement or within 6 months of its termination, neither party will solicit directly or indirectly as employee, agent or consultant any staff of the other who have been involved in providing or receiving Services or otherwise connected with this Agreement. A breaching party shall pay a recruitment fee equal to 110 working days at the fee rate, under which that employee performed work for the other party.
