Moving out of the Premises. (a) If you are ending the Contract because you are moving out of the Premises you must follow the procedure specified in clause 16 and advise us of: (i) the date that you intend to move out of the Premises; (ii) an address where the final bill can be sent; (iii) whether you intend to assign your rights and obligations to the new owner or occupier of the Premises; and (iv) the name and contact details of the new owner or occupier, if applicable. (b) We will issue a final bill to you based on the Meter reading or estimate undertaken in clause 16(b).
