Moving Premises. 15.1 The Service may not be available from all locations. If you plan to move Premises you must make an Application at the new Premises and cancel your existing iiNet VDSL2 Service.
15.2 If the Service is available at your new Premises:
(a) we may accept your Application and provide the Service at your new Premises; and
(b) we will charge you a setup fee as specified in the Pricing Schedule.
15.3 If the Service is not available at your new Premises and you move before the end of the Contract Term then any applicable Break Fee will apply unless:
(a) you elect to obtain an alternate service from us at your new address for the remainder of your existing Contract Term or for a new minimum Contract Term that is longer than 12 months. In these instances, we will waive any applicable Break Fee but we will charge you a set-up fee for the new service, as specified in the Pricing Schedule.
Moving Premises. (a) If you’re moving premises, you may ask us to transfer this Contract to your new premises.
(b) If you do so, we may offer to amend this Contract by transferring this Contract to your new premises. The notice will specify the tariffs and charges, Benefits and other terms and conditions that apply to this Contract at your new premises.
(c) If you accept the offer, this Contract will be amended in accordance with the notice and will continue on those terms. We may also require you to pay a connection or reconnection fee at your new premises.
(d) If you reject the offer, this Contract will end under clause 4.4(b)(ii).
Moving Premises. 22.1 The Service may not be available from all locations. If you plan to move Premises you must make an Application at the new Premises and cancel your existing NBN Service.
22.2 If the Service is available at your new Premises:
(a) we may accept your Application and provide the Service at your new Premises; and
(b) we will charge you a setup fee as specified in the Pricing Schedule.
22.3 If the Service is not available at your new Premises and you move before the end of the Contract Term and:
(a) you elect to obtain an alternative service from us at your new address, we will waive any applicable Break Fee, but we may charge you a Downgrade Fee as specified in the Pricing Schedule if the change to an alternative service involves a reduction in the charges payable by you, (in addition to the applicable set-up fee for the new service, as specified in the Pricing Schedule).
(b) we are unable to provide an alternative service at your new address or you elect not to obtain an alternative service from us, then any applicable Break Fee will apply.
Moving Premises. The Service may not be available from all locations. If you plan to move Premises you must make an Application at the new Premises and cancel your existing Naked DSL Service.
Moving Premises. 4.1. The Customer agrees that, should it move premises and wish to change the location where the Fibre line is installed, the Customer shall apply to NCW in writing for such a change by emailing xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx.
4.2. Upon receipt of such a request, NCW shall procure that the relevant FNO conduct a feasibility study as to the possibility of accommodating such a request and the costs associated with such a relocation.
Moving Premises. If the Customer intend to move premises, the Customer will need to give sufficient relocation notice to MyRepublic as provided in the subscribed Service Specific Terms and Conditions. Subject to acceptance, the Customer may request transfer and reconnection of the Service at a new location, either stop the Services at its old address, or request to transfer the Services to the new occupant at its old address; subject to applicable fees. You may also request to reconnect to the same or similar Services at your new address.
11.2.1. If the Customer wish to stop the Services at its old address, the Customer will need to give MyRepublic notice in accordance with clause 10.1 (Termination by you). If you do not give MyRepublic such notice then the Customer will remain responsible for paying for any Services that MyRepublic continues to provide at the Customer’s old address. If the Customer is on a Contract Plan and stop the Services before the end of the minimum service term then the Customer will be required to pay an early termination charge and any applicable deactivation charge. However MyRepublic may waive any applicable early termination and deactivation charges if the Customer reconnects to the same or similar Services at the Customer’s new address.
11.2.2. If the Customer request to transfer the Services to the new occupant at its old address, MyRepublic may consent to the transfer in accordance with clause 11.2(Moving premises).
11.2.3. If the Customer wishes to reconnect to the same or similar Services at its new address, the Customer will need to provide MyRepublic with details of the Customer’s new address so that MyRepublic can determine whether or not we are able to provide the same or similar Services at that address. Depending on where the Customer move to, MyRepublic may or may not be able to provide the Customer with the same Services. If the Customer is on a Contract Plan and MyRepublic reconnects you to the same Services at your new address, the Customer’s service term will be paused from the date that we disconnect the Services at the Customer’s old address until the date that MyRepublic connects the Services at the Customer’s new address, but will otherwise not be affected.
11.2.4. Customer is liable for a relocation charge which will be advised by your designated account manager or the customer service team.
Moving Premises. The Service may not be available from all locations. If you plan to move Premises you must make an Application at the new Premises and cancel your existing Service.
Moving Premises. If you plan on moving Premises:
(a) you must let us know as early as possible;
(b) we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at your new address; and
(c) relocation fees may apply. If your Service cannot be relocated, early cancellation charges may apply if you are subject to a Term.

Moving Premises. 9.1. To ensure minimum disruption to Service to the Customer, Customer must give HUGE at least one calendar months’ notice of its intention to move premises, together with full details of the new premises.
9.2. All requests for the Service at new premises shall be subject to a feasibility study.
9.3. If, after a feasibility study has been conducted it is evident that it is:
9.3.1. Feasible to deliver the same Service at the new premises, then Customer shall be liable to HUGE for payment of a relocation fee equal to the then current prices for standard or non-standard installations;
9.3.2. not feasible to provide a similar Service to the new premises, HUGE shall suggest an alternative service to be provided to the Customer as a replacement service and the Customer shall be obliged to procure from HUGE such replacement service as best meets the Customer’s technical requirements.
9.4. In the event that it is not possible to provide the Customer with the same or an alternative service at the new premises, it shall be regarded with as an early termination and the standard early termination fee will apply.
