Common use of Moving Premises Clause in Contracts

Moving Premises. (a) If you’re moving premises, you may ask us to transfer this Contract to your new premises. (b) If you do so, we may offer to amend this Contract by transferring this Contract to your new premises. The notice will specify the tariffs and charges, Benefits and other terms and conditions that apply to this Contract at your new premises. (c) If you accept the offer, this Contract will be amended in accordance with the notice and will continue on those terms. We may also require you to pay a connection or reconnection fee at your new premises. (d) If you reject the offer, this Contract will end under clause 4.4(b)(ii).

(b) If you do so, we may offer to amend this Contract Agreement by transferring this Contract Agreement to your new premises. The notice will specify the tariffs and charges, Benefits Extras and other terms and conditions that apply to this Contract Agreement at your new premises. (c) If you accept the offer, this Contract Agreement will be amended in accordance with the notice and will continue on those terms. We may also require you to pay a connection or reconnection fee at your new premises. (d) If you reject the offer, this Contract Agreement will end under clause 4.4(b)(ii).
