Common use of Multi Annual National Control Plan (MANCP Clause in Contracts

Multi Annual National Control Plan (MANCP. The Official Agency shall work with the Authority and the other Official Agencies to achieve the objectives of the single integrated multi annual national control plan (MANCP) prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/625. The Official Agency shall co-operate with the Authority in updating Irelands MANCP and in the preparation of the annual reports for Ireland. By the 31st July each year the Official Agency shall provide the information and data for the MANCP in the format required by the Authority to meet the requirements of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/723. Revisions to this Service Contract will be reflected in the MANCP.
