Common use of Multi Project Labor Agreement (PLA Clause in Contracts

Multi Project Labor Agreement (PLA. The City has entered into the PLA with various trades regarding projects involving construction, demolition, maintenance, rehabilitation, and/or renovation work, as described in the PLA, a copy of which may be found on the City’s website at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/dam/city/depts/dps/RulesRegulations/Multi- ProjectLaborAgreement-PLAandSignatoryUnions.pdf. To the extent that this Contract involves a project that is subject to the PLA, Contractor acknowledges familiarity with the requirements of the PLA and its applicability to any Work under this Contract, and shall comply in all respects with the PLA.
