Common use of Multiple Administrators Clause in Contracts

Multiple Administrators. If there is more than one Administrator, the Administrators may delegate specific responsibilities among themselves, including the authority to execute documents unless the Sponsor revokes such delegation. The Sponsor and Trustee will be notified in writing of any such delegation of responsibilities, and the Trustee thereafter may rely upon any documents executed by the appropriate Administrator.
