Common use of Multiple Administrators Clause in Contracts

Multiple Administrators. If the grievance involves unit employees with different associate deans, deans or supervisors as defined in Section 6.1.5, the grievance shall be filed with each of those administrators who shall take joint action in accordance with the procedures described in Section 6.6.

The District and the Association may agree to consolidate multiple grievances that are related or of a similar nature.
