MULTIPLEXING AND POOLING. The below terms and conditions shall apply to (i) AVEVA System Platform, formerly Wonderware, (ii) QI Analyst, (iii) AVEVA Enterprise Integration, (iv) AVEVA Recipe Management, (v) AVEVA Workflow Management, (vi) AVEVA Batch Management, (vii) AVEVA BI Gateway, and (viii) AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System, formerly Wonderware: Multiplexing and Pooling. Use of software or hardware that reduces the number of users or Seats directly or indirectly accessing or utilizing Server Software (sometimes called “multiplexing” or “pooling” software or hardware) does not reduce the number of CALs or Seats required. The required number of CALs or Seats would equal the number of distinct inputs to the multiplexing or pooling software or hardware “front end”.

  • Multiplexing Hardware or software you use to • pool connections, • reroute information, or • reduce the number of devices or users that directly access or use the software (sometimes referred to as “multiplexing” or “pooling”), does not reduce the number of licenses of any type that you need.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office.   • DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY It will always be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to manage data transfer and to secure all data appropriately during the project to prevent unauthorized access to all data, products, and deliverables.

  • Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established different requirements that apply to all similarly situated generators in the New York Control Area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.
