Municipal Solid Waste Inspection Area. The Concessionaire shall, for the purpose of inspection of Municipal Solid Waste by the Independent Consultant, as required under this agreement shall, provide a separate area (“Municipal Solid Waste Inspection Area”), which shall meet the minimum technical specifications set out in Table 2.2 of this Schedule.

  • First sampling In the first sampling four lamps are selected at random. The first sample of two is marked A, the second sample of two is marked B.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
