Munitions List. Buyer is not controlled by any foreign organization, entity, interest or person. For the purpose of this Section, the term "control" means the power, direct or indirect, whether or not exercised, and whether or not exercised or exercisable through the ownership of a majority or a dominate minority of the total 6 outstanding voting securities of an issuer, or by proxy voting, contractual arrangements or other means, to determine, direct or decide matters affecting an entity.

USER further agrees that the Software, Licensed Materials, any source code, any accompanying media, material and information, and any product thereof, will not be used, released, transferred, imported, exported and/or re-exportedin any manner prohibited under Applicable Laws, including U.S. export control laws regarding specifically designated persons, countries and nationals of countries subject to national security controls.
