Common use of Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control Clause in Contracts

Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control. (a) The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal injury prevention and control measures for the health and safety of workers. Such measures may include but shall not be limited to practices and procedures, recommended equipment and training. (b) At least once a year the musculoskeletal injury prevention and control measures shall be reviewed and revised in the light of current knowledge and practice.
