Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control. The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Health & Safety Committee (“JHSC”) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal injury prevention and control measures procedures, practices and training for health and safety of employees. The musculoskeletal injury prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training shall be reviewed and revised in light of the current knowledge of practice. A review and revision shall be conducted if, (a) the Hospital, in consultation with the JHSC, determines that such review and revision is necessary; or (b) there is a change in circumstances that may affect the health and safety of the employees. The Hospital will provide training on musculoskeletal injury prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and equipment to all employees during a new employee’s orientation and thereafter as required.
