Mussel Rock Transfer Station Decommissioning Fee. ‌ 2761 City has the responsibility decommissioning the Mussel Rock Transfer Station, including but not limited 2762 to removal of structures, and restoration and maintenance of the property. City has established a 2763 Mussel Rock Transfer Station Decommissioning Fee to be assessed during the Term of this Agreement 2764 on a temporary (one or more years) or on an ongoing basis. The Fee is set at $0.00 as of the Effective 2765 Date. City may collect the fee from Contractor on a monthly basis in the similar manner as provided in 2766 Section 5.2.1, and with or without an annual escalation factor. Pursuant to Section 6.2.1, City will deduct 2767 the Mussel Rock Landfill Maintenance Fee from xxxxxxxx processed by the City before remitting funds to 2768 Contractor. Said amounts deducted by the City are considered part of the Eligible Expenses for 2769 Contractor. Contractor shall bear no other obligations for the transfer station site except as agreed to by 2770 City and Contractor.
