Mutual Exchanges. An employee may exchange shifts with another employee provided that such exchange meets with the approval of the immediate supervisor of the employees concerned and such requests are to be submitted in writing signed by both employees and further provided that the Hospital is not required to pay overtime premium as a result of such exchange. The request for such an exchange shall not be unreasonably withheld.
