Such PPA’s will be negotiated as part of this procurement. It is the intent of the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein to describe the requirements and process for this procurement. The Authority intends to purchase all electricity generated by the Systems on an on-going basis. Ultimately, the Authority’s goal is to both reduce its energy consumption from existing energy sources and to lower its energy costs by entering into a contract with the Offeror(s) selected in this procurement.
