Common use of Nameplate Clause in Contracts

Nameplate. On or prior to the Delivery Date or as soon thereafter as possible, the Lessee agrees to affix to and maintain in the cockpit of the Airframe, in a clearly visible location, and on each Engine, a clearly visible metal nameplate bearing the inscription "STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CONNECTICUT, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS OWNER TRUSTEE, OWNER AND LESSOR," and, so long as such Airframe or Engines shall be subject to the Lien of the Indenture, the additional inscription "FIRST SECURITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, MORTGAGEE" (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, from time to time, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Lessor or successor Indenture Trustee, in each case as permitted by the Operative Agreements).
