Names and Organization. The Borrower, each other Loan Party and each of their respective Subsidiaries’ names as each appears in official filings in its respective state of organization, type of organization, jurisdiction of organization, organization number provided by the applicable Government Authority, and chief executive office are set forth on Schedule 4.19. Neither the Borrower, any other Loan Party nor any Subsidiary (or predecessor by merger or otherwise) has, within the four-month period preceding the date hereof, had a different name from the name of such Person listed on the signature pages hereof, except as set forth on Schedule 4.19.
