National Audit Act. For a period of not less than five (5) years after the completion of the Project or, where relevant, its termination, the Contractor shall retain in its possession all records and documentation relating to the Project. USTAN may require the Contractor to permit a representative of the Contractor and a designated accountant to examine such documents as USTAN may reasonably require for the purposes of the National Audit Xxx 0000 which are in the possession, custody or control of the Contractor, and USTAN may require the Contractor to produce such oral and/or written explanations as may reasonably be required. This Condition does not constitute a requirement or agreement for the examination, certification or inspection of the accounts of the Contractor under section 6(3)(d) and 6(5) of the National Audit Xxx 0000.

National Audit Act. 12.1. For a period of not less than 6 years after the completion of the Project or, where relevant, its termination, the Contractor shall retain in its possession all records and documentation relating to the Project unless they have been transferred to FIS or a third party in accordance with Condition 11.3 above.

  • Single Audit Act These funds are considered to be federal financial assistance subject to the Single Audit Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 7501-7507) and the related provisions of the Uniform Guidance. The Grantee shall conduct a single or program-specific audit in accordance with the provisions of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and the related provisions of the Uniform Guidance, if it expends more than $750,000 or more in Federal awards from all sources during its fiscal year. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number for these funds is 21.019.

  • Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.

  • Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.

  • Single Audit Act Compliance If the Contractor is a subrecipient and expends $750,000 or more in federal awards from any and/or all sources in any fiscal year, the Contractor shall procure and pay for a single audit or a program-specific audit for that fiscal year. Upon completion of each audit, the Contractor shall:

  • Financial Audit The School shall submit audited financial statements from an independent auditor to the Authorizer no later than November 1 of each year.

  • NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION Contractor certifies that no more than one (1) final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a Federal court, which orders Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. (Pub. Contract Code §10296) (Not applicable to public entities.)

  • Records and Financial Audit The Contractor shall maintain detailed time and expenditure records that indicate the date; time, nature and cost of services rendered during the Agreement’s term and effect and retain them for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. The records shall be subject to inspection by the Agency, the Department of Finance and Administration and the State Auditor. The Agency shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment. Payment under this Agreement shall not foreclose the right of the Agency to recover excessive or illegal payments

  • Grievance Commissioner The Employer and Union may mutually agree in writing to invoke the Commissioner Process rather than proceed to arbitration as set out in this Collective Agreement. All cases referred to arbitration where an employee has a grievance concerning discipline will only be referred to a Grievance Commissioner if the Employer and the Union agree in writing on all the facts. The parties may also agree to group grievances before a single Grievance Commissioner. A Grievance Commissioner (where more than one, acting in rotation) will set aside such time as may be requested by the Employer and the Union to consider and determine grievances referred to them. A Grievance Commissioner shall have the same powers and be subject to the same limitations as a Board of Arbitration hereunder, save and except as expressly provided in 9.18 to 9.22 hereof.

  • National Labor Relations Board Orders No more than one, final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a federal court requiring Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. Contractor swears under penalty of perjury that this representation is true.
