Common use of National Grid Design, Engineering and Construction Activities Clause in Contracts

National Grid Design, Engineering and Construction Activities. 4.3.1 At Municipal's expense, National Grid agrees to design, engineer, and construct the National Grid Interconnection Facilities and/or Modifications and Upgrades in accordance with (a) the Interconnection Study, (b) Good Utility Practice and (c) National Grid and NYISO standards. Any disputes concerning the foregoing shall be resolved in accordance with Article XXI of this Agreement.
