National Security. 23:01 SEAC recognizes that the Company may now have, or may incur in the future, obligations with respect to security of information and materials under contract with the Government of Canada and its allies. SEAC agrees that nothing contained in this Agreement shall place the Company in violation of security agreements between the Company and the Government of Canada or its allies.
