Common use of National Shopping Clause in Contracts

National Shopping. Goods required under Part D.1 of the Project estimated to cost less than $5,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, and other goods estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Goods required under Goods: (a) for Part D.1 A of the Project Project, estimated to cost less than $5,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, ; and other goods (b) for Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $20,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 equivalent250,000 equivalent for each Participating Region, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.and

Goods required under Part D.1 Parts B and C of the Project Project, estimated to cost less than $5,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, and other goods estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 300,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Goods required under Part D.1 Parts A, B and E of the Project estimated to cost less than $5,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 200,000 equivalent, and other goods under Parts C and D of the Project estimated to cost less than $20,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 equivalent, contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Goods required under Part D.1 C of the Project estimated to cost less than $5,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, and other goods estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 150,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

Goods required under for the Project (except Part D.1 A.1 (c) of the Project Project) estimated to cost less than $5,000 10,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 200,000 equivalent, and other goods for Part A.1 (c) of the Project estimated to cost less than $20,000 10,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $80,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.. Part C: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions

National Shopping.
