Common use of National Shopping Clause in Contracts

National Shopping. (i) Goods under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. (ii) Goods under Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. (ia) Goods under Part A of the Project Works estimated to cost less than $50,000 20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 50,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. (iib) Goods under Part B of the Project Goods, other than vehicles, estimated to cost less than $50,000 20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 50,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Except as provided in paragraph 4 below, (ia) Goods goods to be procured under Part A Parts B.3 and C.3 of the Project and (b) goods to be procured other than under Parts B.3 and C.3 of the Project and which are estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 300,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. (ii) Goods under Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. (ia) Goods under Part A of the Project (other than goods required for a Pollution Control Sub-project) estimated to cost less than $50,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 2,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. (iib) Goods under Part B of the Project required for a Pollution Control Sub-project estimated to cost less than $50,000 1,000,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. (ia) Goods Except as provided in paragraph 4 hereof, goods under Part A A.2 of the Project Project, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed contract and $1,000,000 equivalent200,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. (iib) Goods Except as provided in paragraph 4 hereof, goods for each of the Participating Regions under Part B B.2 of the Project Project, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed contract and $2,000,000 equivalent100,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
