Common use of National Technical Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

National Technical Advisory Committee. The Recipient shall establish and thereafter maintain throughout Project implementation, the NTAC with composition, terms of reference and resources satisfactory to the Association, to be responsible for providing technical advice to the NPSC and NPCT relating to the Project. Without limitation to the foregoing, the NTAC shall be chaired by the national focal point officer and shall be comprised of representatives of the Recipient’s ministries responsible for agriculture and environment; local government; universities and research institutions; the private sector; and non-governmental organizations, all with qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association.
